The board will discuss the City Collector's Report, the City Clerk's and Treasurer's Reports, and consider accepting the 2024 City of Jackson Annual Audit Report. A public hearing will be set to consider a request for the rezoning of North High Street and to vacate the public right of way of West Madison Street. The board will also consider renewing a contractual agreement with Precise Target Locating, approving Change Order No. 3 to Fronabarger Concreters, Inc., and amending the "Stop Street Designation Schedule" and the "Parking Prohibited Schedule" by adding a designation on Trussworks Boulevard. The meeting will also include reports by the Mayor, Board Members, City Attorney, and City Administrator, as well as a discussion of future agenda items.
