This Contract provides for the fragmentation blasting of two corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts using controlled explosives on Clear Creek, along decommissioned FS Road No. 6101000-1.61-R. This work will result in the removal of two culvert structures (C12 & C14) and creation of an open stream channel includes 1 LS clearing & site preparation, 1 LS pre/post blast condition survey, 1 LS blasting operations: culvert removal, 1 LS restoration.
