Scope of work includes - Remove old Hardie board siding; Install hat channel strips fastened to metal studs; Add 3/4" semi-permeable polystyrene foam insulation board; Install approx. 9,400 SF of metal board and batten siding; Caulk and seal where required; Replace (8) exterior windows with comparable replacement windows.
