Alameda County Public Works Agency is soliciting construction bids for a full trash-capture device project, Project Plans and Specifications No. 2514. The work includes temporary water-control measures and removal of existing pavement and culvert structures, followed by installation of reinforced concrete pipe and a new underground cast-in-place diversion structure. The contractor will also install the trash-capture device, connect the new work to the existing buried arch culvert, and complete backfill, pavement restoration, and related work.
