The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting qualified appraisers to join a Qualified Appraisers List (QAL) to provide Right-of-Way (ROW) appraisal services supporting the acquisition of real property needed for state transportation projects. Selected appraisers will conduct appraisals in compliance with Title III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, prepare detailed appraisal reports, and may serve as expert witnesses in condemnation proceedings. The Qualified List will remain open for five years from establishment, with appraisal services performed throughout the State of Oregon under individual Schedule of Appraisals contracts.
