Continuing Disclosure and Arbitrage Calculation Services

Description: The City of Brea is seeking a contractor to provide continuing disclosure and arbitrage calculation services for the City and its Successor Agency. The contractor will obtain required municipal-debt data, prepare and disseminate continuing-disclosure reports, and provide arbitrage compliance planning, calculations, and related tax filings. The engagement includes optional reporting support and requires experience with comparable services, regulatory familiarity, and coordination with City staff, bond counsel, financial advisors, and trustees or paying agents.
