Fire Station 8 HVAC Replacement
Arlington County is seeking bids to replace the existing 25-ton roof-mounted air handling unit at Fire Station 8 with a new 30-ton unit that maintains 68°F at 50–60% humidity continuously. The work includes removing and installing the equipment, minor structural reinforcement and ductwork changes, replacing acoustical ceiling tiles, roof work, and adjusting sprinkler heads to the new ceiling height.
