The Penryn Fire Protection District is seeking qualified, licensed HVAC contractors to remove and replace the existing rooftop packaged HVAC unit at Station 38 in Penryn, California. The work includes demolition and disposal of the existing unit and procurement and installation of a new rooftop packaged system or approved split/alternative configuration, with crane services and roofing protection. Proposals are due October 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PDT, and proposers must attend the mandatory pre-proposal job walk at Station 38 on October 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. PDT after RSVPing by October 19 at 5:00 p.m.
