Mckinley, Hazelton & Elmwood Playgrounds Project - IFB 26-06

Description: Stockton Unified School District seeks a qualified design-build developer to replace playgrounds at McKinley, Hazelton, and Elmwood elementary schools using a lease-leaseback delivery method. The work includes pre-construction services such as value engineering, constructability reviews, and GMP development, followed by construction of playground equipment, shade structures, accessible pathways, restrooms, and site improvements. The scope also includes demolition, grading, drainage and utility work, paving, fencing, irrigation, and ADA-compliant features; the completed facilities are to be leased back for 12 months.
