The meeting commenced with welcoming remarks and the approval of agenda changes, specifically correcting presenter names. A motion was passed to approve the norms of the meeting. The minutes from the October 24, 2025 meeting were read and approved without corrections. Old Business included a presentation by the Superintendent addressing questions from the previous meeting regarding graduation rates for specific student populations (English learners, migrant students, and Latino students with disabilities), highlighting the district's exit from technical assistance and current placement under differentiated assistance. A presentation was also given on the progress of the District's equity audit, detailing team formation, ongoing monthly training cycles supported by EPOCH EDUCATION, and the structure for data collection (quantitative and qualitative) for Phase 2. New Business involved a review and suggested edits for Bylaws Articles I, II, and III, with further review assigned as homework, particularly concerning terminology related to 'Latino'. Announcements were provided for upcoming meetings for various district committees including PAC, AABPAC, CAC, DELAC, Migrant PAC, NAI PSAC, and ECE PAC.
