FY2026/27 Compensation and Benefits Study (Request for Proposals)

Description: Working with management staff and labor union representatives, the consultant shall conduct a comprehensive compensation and benefit study and shall develop recommendations and propose options for compensation and benefits packages for up to 23 job classifications included in the current organizational structure. Included in the study shall be an analysis of Bus Operator payment variances for various shifts and work conditions. The data and recommendations should be derived by survey comparison of approximately 12-15 relevant transit agencies and/or other government agencies to ensure El Dorado Transit’s competitiveness within the marketplace. The consultant will present the final results of the study for review and approval by the Transit Board of Directors at a regularly scheduled public meeting.
