Bayard Street Culvert Improvement Project

Description: Replacement of a submerged stone-arch culvert from center street pond to seneca river canal. Replacement culvert sections are precast concrete box culverts (8x8) extending approx., 270 LF and terminates at a precast concrete vault structure (8x12) adjacent to existing canal outlet. The box culvert will terminate at a precast segmental bock headwall at the pond inlet. The work will include concrete and stone demolition, excavation, general sitework and restoration, utilities and piping, cast in place concrete, steel and metal fabrication, cofferdams, bypass pumping systems, shoring and dewatering, waterproofing, road reconstruction and segmental block work.
