Provide mobile drug and alcohol testing services for City employees. The successful proposer will be required to provide approximately twelve (12) mobile testing events during each contract year, generally one per month, at various City facilities, together with additional testing services on an as-needed basis. Services shall include qualified collection personnel, collection supplies and equipment, laboratory testing, Medical Review Officer services, chain-of-custody procedures, reporting, and other related services as more fully described in the Request for Proposals.
