Drug and Alcohol Testing Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Perform drug and alcohol testing services. Services include random-pool administration, collection services, laboratory analysis, medical review officer services, record keeping, and reporting. The city intends to enter into an initial one (1) year contract with a qualified firm, with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual written agreement of the parties, for a maximum potential contract term of five (5) years.
