Description: DESIGN-BUILD services for design and construction improvements for amphi housing resource center (hrc) design build. Scope of work includes - A. Design & Construction: The structure will be: Semi-Permanent; Enclosed and Climate-controlled. The size of the semi-permanent structure is estimated to be approx. 80' x 105'. Capacity & Layout: The City is interested in two options for bed capacity: Option A: 50-75 beds; Option B: 75-100 beds; see attached file.
