Water Resources RFPs

The City of Hillsboro, OR requests proposals to provide and implement a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) as Step Two of a two-phase procurement. Only vendors included on the City’s May 14, 2026 Notice of Shortlist may submit proposals; prequalification is required and other proposals will be deemed non-responsive. The solicitation is open with a closing date of 2026-06-30 at 02:00 PM PT.

The construction of a 370 GPM water treatment system generally consisting of the following items: four submersible wells pumps 120 GPM AT 280 TDH; a masonry building housing the Iron removal filtration system equipment, ductile piping and valves, chemical feed equipment, HVAC equipment, multi-use and office area, bathroom facilities, electrical and instrumentation; backwash water infiltration ponds; septic system; site improvements; and other ancillary items to provide a completely functioning system.

Construction of a 150,000 gallon elevated water tank with appurtenances, associated utilities including 12" diameter watermain, and site improvements.

Procurement of a sponsor to submit grant applications for the Wyoming Water Development Commission's Small Water Project Program.

Provide leak detection services.

The potable water sampling lines at the Platte West Water Production Facility are deteriorated and contaminated with microbial growth. This project will replace the existing lines with new copper piping materials that resist microbial buildup, protect integrity and will also include replacement of the pumps.

Work consist of 55 lf of furnish and install polyethylene pipe (36" dia. Culvert), 100 cy of crushed stone and gravel, 100 cy of crushed stone and gravel, 250 lf of furnish and install ductile iron pipe and fittings, 120 lf of furnish and install ductile iron pipe and fittings, demolition and removal, dry well, erosion control devices, furnish and install gabion retaining wall, 20 cy of miscellaneous earth excavation, pipe bollards, 70 cy of reinforced concrete, 50 cy of rock excavation and removal , 115 lf of relocate existing water main 10" dia, 2,500 sf of topsoil and seed. Perform preventative checks and required annual maintenance for a period of five years to ensure safe and effective operations of the Riverfront Pumping Station Bar, Traveling Water and Wedge Wire Water Screen Systems.

The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management issued an invitation to bid for the Wahweap Rebuild Ponds project to demolish nine ponds and construct four larger lined replacement ponds. The scope includes associated piping, electrical pedestals, a cast-in-place concrete kettle, and site regrading. Only contractors prequalified under the Stage I Prequalification process are eligible to submit bids for this project.

The Connecticut Judicial Branch is soliciting water cooler rental services and purchase of purified bottled water and cups for Judicial Branch locations statewide. The bid record (Bid No. 02-2103) is listed as Active and shows an awarded vendor and a contract term through 2026-06-30. This is a procurement for supply and rental services rather than a grant program.

The City of Osage Beach has issued an Invitation for Bid for the exterior cleaning of multiple water towers within its jurisdiction and for Cole County PWSD #4. The project involves cleaning three towers in Osage Beach and additional volumes for Cole PWSD #4 ranging from 250,000 to 1,000,000 gallons. Bids must be submitted as sealed unit pricing per location, with all work expected to be completed by June 8, 2026.

Furnishing and delivery of water utility inventory materials on an as-needed basis.

The work includes the construction of approx. Water tower reconditioning, additional reconditioning will include modifications and repairs related to structural appurtenances, foundations, accessories, and personnel access.

Construction of: Division One: Approx, 2,400 LF of 6" water line and 6" meter vault. Division Two: One (1) above ground water booster pump station complete with appurtenances.

Project includes the following Work: 1. Construction of a new groundwater treatment plant including control space, storage area, aerator, detention tank, concrete filters, clearwell, reclaim tank, chemical feed, associated equipment, and appurtenances. 2. Demolition of existing buildings. 3. Furnish and install new power distribution and generation equipment, electrical systems, process controls, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. 4. Various other trades associated with the work above including HVAC, plumbing electrical controls, painting and coating systems and civil site improvements.

Approx., 6,200 LF of 12" ductile iron water main, 3,950 LF of 8" ductile iron water main, as well as valves, hydrants, water services from the water main in the public right-of-way to the property line, road surface restoration, and all necessary and incidental appurtenances necessary to complete the water main installation. Furthermore, work includes the installation of seventy-six (76) 1" through 2" water services from the curb stop to the existing interior plumbing, including water meter installations, connections to existing interior plumbing, and disconnection and abandonment of existing private water supply wells.
