Seeking job of contracting services for the department of water resources.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is issuing a Request for Quotation (Solicitation 140A0726Q0010) for the procurement of mobile weather stations to support the Southwest Regional Office Water Resources department. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with a period of performance from the date of award through August 1, 2026, and delivery required to the BIA Southwest Regional Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This procurement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under NAICS code 334513 and requires vendors to provide brand-name-or-equal mobile weather stations that meet the specifications listed in the solicitation attachments.

The City of Scottsdale’s Water Resources Department is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) to update its Integrated Water Resources Master Plan (the Water Resources Master Plan Update). The work includes assembling and updating source documents, developing a work plan, conducting scenario planning (e.g., CAP shortage scenarios, groundwater availability, regional wastewater commitments), forecasting community-wide water/wastewater demand, and updating hydraulic models and capital facilities documentation. The contract term is initially two years with options to extend, and bidders must demonstrate substantial public-sector water resources master planning experience.

Seeking qualified professional environmental and engineering consulting persons or firms to provide regulatory and treatment optimization to support the City's Water Resources Division. See attached file.

Major components of Project Work consist of install and electrically connect EVSE infrastructure to include wiring devices and all required associated items for a complete and operational system including required testing. Provide the required saw cutting, trenching, backfilling and finishing of the affected lot surface and restore to original condition. Bollards may be required on this contract even if not shown explicitly on the construction drawings. Provide and install all items shown on the drawings including the ADA accessible ports and as specified unless otherwise noted as not in contract or existing to remain.

The Edmond Public Works Authority (through the City of Edmond Purchasing Department) is soliciting sealed bids for the Coffee Creek Water Resources Recovery Facility (CCWRRF) Clarifier Rehabilitation and Filter Splitter Box Improvements, consisting of demolition, installation of new clarifier mechanisms, temporary piping, dewatering, excavation shoring, structural repairs, electrical improvements, and associated concrete work. Bidders must be prequalified and submit bids electronically via the City’s online bidding system; a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for July 9, 2026. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available on the City of Edmond’s online bidding portal (supplier login required) and questions are due by the stated question cutoff date in the posting.

The scope covers disaster preparedness and emergency planning services, secure long-term storage of four 32-foot mortuary trailers, mass fatality management, and management oversight of preparedness activities, including mortuary furniture, morgue and embalming equipment/supplies, cemetery equipment, and mortuary, funeral, and crematory services. Responses must be submitted electronically through the HHSC Online Bid Room with a bid response due by 10:30 AM on July 17, 2026.

A Government Authority located in Florida is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that integrates core HR functions, payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping, performance management, and reporting.
