Description: The Snohomish County Public Utility District is soliciting proposals for 10–200 MW carbon-free renewable or non-emitting energy resources, with projects focused in the Pacific Northwest. Proposed structures may include power purchase agreements, ownership shares, development rights, or build-own-transfer arrangements; the District seeks cost-effective generation to support near- and long-term energy targets for its 380,000 electric customers.
