The United States Coast Guard is seeking information from developers for a potential direct lease with an option to purchase 180 family housing units in Alameda, California. The solicitation requests details on developers' ability to deliver newly constructed one- through four-bedroom units, construction timelines, and design specifications. The project includes an estimated budget of $45M–$90M for a lease term of one year with up to four option years.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) seeks information on current global capabilities and technological advancements in graphene production to evaluate its potential for manufacturing load-bearing aerospace structures. DARPA invites white papers from universities, government labs, businesses, and nontraditional defense contractors for market research and program planning. This Request for Information is intended solely for information gathering and does not constitute a formal solicitation for contract awards.
