The SOMTS contract provides turnkey medical training solutions for MARSOC across three distinct Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Prolonged Field Care (PFC) Training. A 5-day comprehensive course for 12–24 students (SOIDCs and CSOs) featuring two concurrent Lines of Effort (LOE), cadaveric procedural labs (≤ 10 students/specimen), tactical exercises, a 12-mile non-looped off-road track, full Class VIII support (Table 2 Culmination Aid Bags), and full logistical/ nutritional support. Special Operations Austere Medical Training (SO+AMT). A 3-phase pipeline for non-medical personnel (Phase I: EMT/NREMT Certification; Phase II: TCCC Tier 3, PHTLS, AMLS; Phase III: Austere Emergency Care & 24-hr CULEX). Minimum class capacity 24 students; minimum 4 iterations per year; ≥ 90% first-time NREMT pass rate requirement. See attached file.
