Physical Security RFPs

This is an active solicitation for Electronic Access Control and Entry Security Improvements at the Mt. Nebo and Berkeley Hills campuses located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The solicitation, referenced as document 03-6984996.pdf, was issued by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services on the PA eMarketplace and seeks bids from qualified contractors to perform electronic access control and entry security upgrades. Bids must be submitted electronically through PA eMarketplace, with the due date set for July 20, 2026.

The State of Colorado has issued a solicitation for on-call services covering video surveillance equipment, card access systems, and associated software. The contracting vehicle is structured to provide the State with on-demand access to specialized technical services for installation, maintenance, repair, and software support of these security systems. Bidders must submit their proposals through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet Direct) portal before the 2:00 PM MDT closing deadline on August 5, 2026.

Arapahoe County, Colorado is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call services related to video surveillance equipment, card access systems, and associated software under solicitation RFP 26-40. The selected contractor(s) will supply installation, maintenance, repair, configuration, and support services for the County's physical-security systems on an as-needed basis. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct portal by the published deadline.

Furnishing as-needed surveillance/access system maintenance for the county.

Furnish and install, security cameras. Procurement of 14 security cameras and one monitoring workstation capable of storing a minimum of 30 days of recorded footage. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and components necessary to deliver a fully functional camera system. Incidental installation, configuration, and setup of the equipment shall be included to ensure proper operation upon delivery. See attached file.

The Taft City School District in Kern County, California is soliciting sealed bids for the 'Security Cameras - 6 School Sites Project,' an estimated $250,000 construction contract for installing security cameras and low-voltage wiring at six of its school campuses. Bidders must possess a California Contractor License C-7 or C-10, and bid documents are obtained through the District's COLBI secure bid portal. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 8, 2026 at Conley Elementary School in Taft, CA, with sealed bids due by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on July 21, 2026.

Provide video intercom entry system with CCTV security. This project will include installation of Video Intercom Entry System with CCTV security. See attached file.

Provide 24/7 Security Monitoring Services for fire alarm systems, intrusion/security alarm systems, and security camera systems across Workforce Solutions offices in the Houston-North Region. Services include continuous monitoring, emergency notification, system oversight, and reporting to support the safety and security of staff, customers, and facilities.

North County Transit District (NCTD) is soliciting bids for access control system upgrades at multiple NCTD facilities located in Oceanside, California. Task 1 consists of fixed-price access control system improvements including labor, materials, equipment, programming, testing, integration, supervision, transportation, and incidentals. Task 2 covers as-needed services for future repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, relocations, expansions, programming, and emergency response support.

Provide Pyxis cameras/security renovations. The principal components of work include: Installation and integration of security cameras; and Providing access control/physical security renovations.

Leelanau County, Michigan issued RFP LCAO-RFP-2026-007 seeking proposals for a fully integrated access control and lighting control system at the county jail. The scope covers modernization and installation of new jail security control systems including lighting and access control integration. Bids are submitted through the BidNet Direct MITN purchasing group portal operated on behalf of Leelanau County.

Task 1 consists of fixed-price access control system improvements including labor, materials, equipment, programming, testing, integration, supervision, transportation, and incidentals. Task 2 covers as-needed services for future repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, relocations, expansions, programming, and emergency response support.

Access control - districtwide.

The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Safety and Security division is soliciting a single vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and support for its Genetec access control system and multi-vendor camera/video systems. The scope includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, hardware replacement, and unified vendor management for equipment from Pelco, Panasonic, and Axis. The goal is to secure a single agreement that ensures compliance with City insurance requirements and maintains system integrity.

The contractor's responsibilities include: (1) maintenance, service, and support for the Lenel Access Control System (ACS); (2) establishing a quarterly preventative maintenance and inspection schedule; (3) supplying and replacing components that are compatible with the Lenel ACS; and (4) offering a software upgrade and support plan (SUSP) for the OnGuard Lenel ACS. Furthermore, the contractor must be a Value Authorized Reseller (VAR) of Lenel products and services, possessing the capability to support the existing infrastructure.

The U.S. Department of State (Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt) intends to solicit a firm fixed-price construction contract to perform a comprehensive physical security upgrade at the CGR building in Jerusalem while preserving its historic character. Solicitation documents will not be posted publicly on SAM.gov; interested firms must request the solicitation package by email and follow an Application for Solicitation Document checklist. Responses of interest are due July 30, 2026, and a tentative site visit is scheduled for August 2026.

Work include cctv security camera system, access control, perimeter lighting and public address system. Selection criteria will be based on knowledge of surveillance and security, adherence to work schedule, prior experience, references and cost.
