This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a hosted IP surveillance solution for use by component school districts, with the system hosted either at the district or in a commercial cloud environment. The selected vendor will be responsible for primary support, training, and implementation, including integration with ServiceNow and SolarWinds for incident management and network monitoring. The service is strictly limited to IP surveillance and excludes additional features such as door access, gunshot detection, or facial recognition.

The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCR) is soliciting bids to purchase Bosch surveillance equipment, including cameras, accessories, and associated warranty support, with evaluation based on the highest percentage discount off MSRP. The contract term begins January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 with options to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods; bidders must be authorized Bosch dealers and provide a minimum three-year parts warranty.

Riverside County is soliciting proposals to remove and replace existing PARCS equipment at four parking structures totaling approximately 2,735 spaces. The project aims to implement a modern, fully functioning system that reduces manual processes and streamlines reporting and accounting operations. The selected contractor will also be responsible for an ongoing maintenance contract to minimize long-term operational costs.

Provide design-bid-build acquisition strategy for the new construction of an approx 45,000 SF rocket and missile maintenance facility (rmmf) warehouse and associated administrative support functions. Adjacent to the rmmf is an approx 10,000 SF storage building and 1,000 SF forklift charging shed. Associated site development includes but is not limited to earthwork, bmps, fencing, roadways and hardscape areas that support the loading and unloading of munitions.

The Port of Portland is seeking proposals for the replacement and upgrade of the existing Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) infrastructure at Portland International Airport. The project involves providing and commissioning new equipment such as entry/exit stations, pay-on-foot kiosks, and dynamic message signs, along with software configuration and system testing. The goal is to provide a fully operational and modernized parking revenue system for the airport.

Tarrant County is seeking bids for an annual contract to provide maintenance, repair, and equipment for the C-Cure 9000 Access Control System across various county buildings. The selected contractor will be responsible for 24/7/365 support, quarterly preventative maintenance, and software licensing upgrades for components including control panels, card readers, and servers. The contract requires a response time of 1-2 hours for service calls and the replacement of defective hardware within 48 hours.

A.B.C.D.Inspect, clean, evaluate, and assess the condition of City storm drain lines, catch basins, inlets, manholes, and box culverts across the Island of Oahu. Compile information of City storm drain lines, catch basins, inlets, manholes, and box culverts for integration into the SWQ’s Cityworks database. Identify and prioritize areas that need repair. Provide emergency private wastewater spill cleaning response on an as-needed basis.
