Colorado government is soliciting competitive bids for ADA compliance work on the sidewalk at a Justice Center facility in Colorado. The work involves concrete sidewalk construction to bring the existing pedestrian access into compliance with ADA standards at the Justice Center location. Three primary documents accompany the solicitation (a main bid document, requirements document, and scope-of-work specification), and bids will be evaluated for compliance with requirements with renewal-year pricing adjustments tied to the CPI-W index.

The Illinois Secretary of State is issuing a change order (Bid 27-350SOS-PHYSE-B-53272, Alternate ID 26PS729023) to amend the existing contract with R.D. Lawrence Construction for repair of the Howlett ADA Ramp at the Howlett Building in Springfield, Illinois. The change order increases the contract amount by $44,871.20 to replace deteriorated electrical conduit at wall penetrations as part of the original ADA snow-melt and lighting ramp repair work.
