Work includes installation of new signage at the gates along the accessible route to ensure clear wayfinding and compliance with accessibility standards, installation of ADA-compliant signage, replacement and modification of door hardware, renovation of restrooms to meet current accessibility standards, including faucet adjustments and installation of new plumbing accessories, replacement of drinking fountains and relocation of plumbing fixtures as required, modification of casework, and relocation of AED cabinets to ensure compliance, partial demolition of concrete slab at locker rooms including new finish for flooring as required, installation of a new bench, and removal of lockers.

The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry is soliciting contractors to remove existing interior signage in Bray Hall and Walters Hall and install new ADA-compliant directory and interior signage. The project includes patching, repairing, and painting surfaces as part of the signage replacement process at the Syracuse campus. The contract work must be completed within 240 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed and must comply with all applicable accessibility codes and standards.

Pitt County, North Carolina is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms to develop an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan by evaluating facilities, programs, services, and public rights-of-way for ADA compliance and documenting deficiencies. The consultant will perform field assessments, document measurements and photos, and recommend corrective actions to achieve compliance with federal, state, and local codes. The solicitation is an RFQ for professional services with specified submittal requirements and contact information provided on the county website.

The City of Raleigh is soliciting bids to remove and replace existing sidewalk ramps with ADA-compliant access ramps and to repair or replace sidewalk panels, curb and gutter, and bollards. Work will occur at various locations within the City and must be completed by December 31, 2026. Bidders must be licensed under NC GS Chapter 87 and provide a 5% bid security, with the City encouraging MWBE participation.

Work includes 2" mill and overlay with ADA improvement. Includes required striping and marking of dedicated bike lanes. Also includes 1 LS of temp traffic control; 1 LS of temp erosion control; 1 LS of seeding; 50 CY of excavation; 30 CY of embankment; 1,375 SF of concrete sidewalk.

The work is generally described as providing demolition, removal, and replacement of four existing pump units located in the sixth floor penthouse of the ADA county courthouse and two existing sewer ejector pumps located in the sally port basement, together with all associated fittings, piping, valves, and appurtenances necessary to complete those replacements.
