The City of Manitowoc’s Maritime Metro Transit is soliciting proposals to supply and install a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) system including hardware, software, and professional services. The contract is intended to improve vehicle tracking, route management, and customer communications while complying with federal funding requirements such as Buy America. Proposals are due by June 19, 2026, with a contract expected to commence in October 2026.

The University of Michigan Health is seeking a cloud-hosted, web-native Nurse Scheduling and Time & Attendance system to modernize scheduling and time-tracking across its nursing and HR operations. The solution must support mobile secure scheduling, remote workflows, and integration with PeopleSoft HCM and FinanceBI systems. The initial period of performance is three years with additional renewal options, primarily serving facilities in Ann Arbor, MI.

The Town of Grafton issued an open-market solicitation for accessibility repairs at the Grafton Senior Center, including demolition/replacement of knee walls, installation of dowels and reinforcing rods, and reinstallation of metal handrails. The solicitation is listed on the Massachusetts COMMBUYS portal with a bid opening/response deadline on 2026-06-10 at 10:00 AM and was posted 2026-05-15. The procurement is not a grant and is currently open as of 2026-05-16.

This contract provides for the construction of ADA-compliant ramps and driveway approaches along main street from the intersection of park street to the intersection of state street. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of existing concrete ramps, removal and replacement of concrete driveway approaches, installation of a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) system, cleaning of existing drainage structures, temporary traffic control, erosion and water pollution control.

The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is seeking a contractor to provide scheduled and on-demand in-person, over-the-phone, and video remote interpretation services. These services are intended for healthcare and vocational providers serving limited English proficient injured workers and crime victims across Washington and specific border regions. The contract excludes sign language interpretation and has an initial performance period of three years.

The City of Raleigh is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement of new heavy-duty transit buses, including 35’, 40’, and 60’ low-floor models with CNG propulsion. The project requires compliance with Buy America and Federal Transit Administration standards and will establish a five-year contract for multiple purchase orders. The procurement also includes requirements for non-discrimination and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation.

Chemung County is issuing a joint solicitation to select an operator for the Chemung County Transit System, Corning Erwin Area Transit System, and Steuben County Public Transit System. The selected contractor will manage all operational aspects including staffing, maintenance, and technology through July 2026. Requirements include a 5% proposal bond and compliance with a 1% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal.

This solicitation, issued by the County of Chemung as lead agency, requests proposals to operate and manage multiple regional public transit systems (CTRAN, CEATS, and Tri-System). The selected operator will assume full operational responsibility including staffing, maintenance, parts and equipment, technology, and continuity of service while meeting DBE goals and bonding/submission requirements. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 11, 2026 and proposals are due July 9, 2026.

ADA ramp and ADA paved path constriction project.

Provide a comprehensive, cloud-based, vendor-hosted platform that provides integrated modules for degree audit, degree planning, student course scheduling, transfer equivalency management, and transfer recruitment network.

South bathroom-update - we are planning a remodel of our current bathroom to make it ADA compliant. We are looking at expanding the bathroom, installation of new sink, toilet, and ADA fixtures. Demolition of the current southern bathroom wall to open into storage room space. Erection of wall to enclose bathroom on the west side to re-enclose space. Adding of waterproofing sidings to all bathroom walls. Remove of old laminate flooring and installation of new laminate flooring. Installation of new toilet and sink. Installation of wall outlets. Installation of ventilation and motor. Installation of ADA fixtures to bring bathroom up to ADA compliance. South bathroom-new. We are planning an addition of another ADA bathroom adjacent to the updated southern bathroom. Removal of shelf from storage room. Erection of wall on west end of bathroom to enclose from storage room. Cutting door frame on north wall and installing ADA compliant door. Installation of wall outlets, light fixture and light switch. Installation of ventilation and motor. Installation of new toilet and sink. Adding of waterproofing sidings to all bathroom walls.

The City of Salinas Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a city-wide ADA self-evaluation and produce an updated ADA Transition Plan that identifies barriers, recommends remediation with cost estimates, and provides a compliance schedule. The scope includes field investigations of streets, sidewalks, curb ramps, signals, transit stops, and municipal facilities, plus public-engagement materials and an optional GIS data collection component. Proposals are submitted electronically via the City’s PlanetBids portal and require a separate sealed cost proposal to be delivered within five business days after the electronic bid deadline.

CapMetro is seeking a qualified company to supply ADA-compliant rear entry wheelchair accessible minivans. The solicitation requires the submission of cost files, response files, and specific exhibits including pricing and signed certifications. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the buyer's procurement portal by the specified deadline in June 2026.

ADA Ramp Reconstruction.

The Town of Wilbur (WA) is soliciting contractors to remove existing windows and exterior doors and supply and install new windows and handicap-accessible front doors at the Wilbur Town Hall building. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid with an estimated budget of $50,000–$200,000 and requires contractors to be set up to perform prevailing wage projects; a site visit is recommended for exact measurements. Bids opened on 2026-05-08 and the submission/close date is 2026-06-12.
