Phase 1 covers pre-construction services — development of a conceptual plan (drawings and perspectives) and an opinion of probable costs — to be completed by August 28, 2026, defining the project's function/programming, budget, and schedule. Phase 2 covers construction drawings and the actual build, conditional on the Town successfully securing funding, with construction targeted to begin in spring 2028 and reach substantial completion by October 27, 2028.

The State of Connecticut, acting through the University of Connecticut, is seeking proposals from qualified Certified On-Site Security Guard Service providers for the William Benton Museum of Art in Storrs, Connecticut. Services include monitoring, access control, and safety oversight of the museum's premises, visitors, and collections during operating hours, weekends, and university holidays/closings. Proposals are due no later than July 23, 2026.

Work includes overlay approx. 6,500 SF of an existing modified bitumen (torch down) roof with a minimum 50 mil PVC membrane roof, or approved equivalent. Work shall include preparation of existing roofing as indicated, substrate repairs as required by the contract documents, insulation and cover board as specified, membrane and flashing installation, edge metal coordination, temporary weather protection, cleanup, testing, and warranty deliverables.

Provide certified on-site security guard services

Project involves the construction of a new museum and parking lot. The museum shall be wood framed construction. The general contractor shall coordinate spaces during final completion with the exhibit builder. Base Bid and Additive Bid Items The project includes the construction of a new wood framed building including all new utilities. The new museum is approximately 9,000 square feet with mostly Hardie siding and a standing seam roof. The museum exhibits are a separate contract and coordination with the exhibit installer will be required. The City of London, Ontario has issued Request for Tender RFT-2026-221 seeking qualified contractors to undertake the modernization of the passenger elevator at Museum London. The work involves upgrading the existing passenger elevator system at the municipally-operated Museum London, located at 421 Ridout Street North, London, Ontario.
