Description: Project involves the replacement and upgrade of hvac systems. Scope of work includes significant mechanical, electrical, and control system upgrades to enhance the performance, efficiency, and longevity of the facilities' infrastructure. Replacement of existing hvac equipment located in the mechanical penthouse. Upgrades to associated mechanical systems, including pumps, piping, and control components. Installation of new supply and return piping to support the updated systems. Improvements to the building automation system. Modifications to the support systems as required for proper integration and operation.
