The U.S. Department of State (INL) is soliciting vendors to provide base security construction materials for the Goer Dicar project in Colombia, including pipes, cables, electrical panels and related supplies. The solicitation requires delivery within 30 days of award, a minimum one-year warranty on materials, SAM registration for offerors, and states award will be made on the lowest price technically acceptable. The opportunity opened 2026-07-10 and closes 2026-08-06.

Project consists of bolling compatible use study.

Power Generation: Deployable power generation optimized for the South Pole lighting environment. Target Metric: Generation and Deployment: Demonstrate successful deployment and continuous power generation sufficient for providing a minimum of 1-2 kW up to 5-10 kW at 120 Vdc to receiver payloads in South Pole environment. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) issued as a total small business set-aside for a base year (09/01/2026–08/31/2027) with four option years; the award is intended to be a firm-fixed-price contract evaluated by Best Value tradeoff. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan Engineer District issued a presolicitation for HVAC upgrades and addition of full building cooling capabilities for five buildings at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The project scope includes removal/replacement of HVAC and building systems, roof upgrades, structural reinforcement, construction of a central plant enclosure, mechanical rooms, and associated site and transformer work. The procurement will prequalify local Japanese sources and then issue an Invitation for Bid using FAR Part 14 sealed bidding to prequalified offerors.

The U.S. Air Force (U.S. Department of Defense) is soliciting optimized remediation services for Columbus Air Force Base and Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. The contract’s period of performance is approximately ten years and the draft RFP is anticipated to be issued as a competitive Section 8(a) Set-Aside, with 8(a) small businesses encouraged to participate. Key dates listed are an Open Date of 2025-10-01, Questions Due 2025-10-15, and a Close Date of 2027-01-12; budget estimate given on the aggregator was approximately $10M–$50M.
