Provide 2000 cubic yards of crushed 3/4" road-based gravel.

Construction of six (6) containerized long weapons storage (clws), two (2) box g, and one (1) box h earth-covered, high-explosive magazines including overhead cranes, and incidental related work. Magazine construction will consist of foundations, walls, reinforced concrete floors, entrance and loading aprons, grounding and lightning protection systems; intrusion detection systems (ids) and earth-covering. Site preparations include clearing, rock excavation, grading and fill. Construction will impact existing wetlands and requires mitigation. Work also includes construction of new ordnance operations building, truck inspection, sentry building, and demolition of 18 existing magazines, building 524, and building 393.

The J&A cites urgency and other-than-full-and-open competition (sole-source emergency bridge) and identifies the incumbent MEDIWASTE DISPOSAL, LLC; the action value is shown as $360,000 with a period of performance from 2026-01-01 to 2026-05-31. The opportunity is listed as Open on SAM.gov, with no public response deadline provided on the posting and the contracting officer listed as Norman Napper-Rogers.

The bid includes delivery and placement of 2 RC sandstone with a material depth of 4" – 6" to the section of roadway measuring 1,890' in length, 18' in width. In addition, installation of 80' of 15" HDPE corrugated pipe will need placed.

For joint base custodial services.

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at tyndall afb, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Department of the Army (USPFO MI) issued presolicitation W50S8526BA001 for the VGLZ 182035 Repair Base Perimeter Road project at Selfridge ANGB, MI, requiring resurfacing and full-depth repairs of approximately 4.2 miles of perimeter roads. The project includes drainage installation, localized grading, and new pavement markings to be performed all around the base perimeter. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 237310, with responses managed through the PIEE solicitation module.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Endist Sacramento) is soliciting contractors to provide on-call sewage pumping services at multiple vault and holding tank locations at Black Butte Lake, Orland, California. The procurement is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract and is set aside 100% for small business. Services include the safe removal and off-site disposal of sewage from the specified locations.

Provide fixed base operator service.

The Department of the Air Force (Pacific Air Forces) issued a presolicitation for a BDOC (Base Defense Operations Center) upgrade at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan requiring procurement, removal, installation, and user training for AV and rack equipment. The project must be performed entirely in Japan and the contractor must be able to perform work in Japan; funds are not presently available and no award will be made until funds are available. The solicitation is a presolicitation (procurement), is active, and currently open for vendor interest and questions.

The Camden County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for the replacement of a railroad crossing at Naval Base KingsBay. Proposals must include all necessary labor, equipment, and materials and be submitted to the Purchasing Officer by June 4, 2026. Digital documents and plans are scheduled to be available on the county's purchasing page starting May 7, 2026.
