Group Rations are nutritionally complete, unitized or pre-configured in group modules to support small or large group feeding in 18 or 50 person modules depending on the specific group ration type.

Perform the renovation of multiple restrooms within multiple facilities.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) issued RFQ 36C26326Q0709 for Reverse Osmosis Maintenance Services for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, requiring maintenance, testing, and repairs of high-purity reverse osmosis water systems. The procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside (NAICS 221310 / size standard $41M) and is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) with a base period plus four option years. Offers are due June 19, 2026; the place of performance is Iowa City VA Healthcare System (Iowa City, IA).

Provide newspaper digitization. This is a onetime service for data collection and digitization. The vendor will scan and process roughly 9,640 surfaces from Eielson’s weekly newspapers, as provided by the History Office. Five hard drives of the collection will be provided in searchable digitized format. Services are to include scanning and image processing as well as reliable project management and reporting. Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure, LLC (H2C) issued a Sources Sought for TSCR Spare Base Plates to support its prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of River Protection. The opportunity is for procurement (NAICS 339999) with place of performance in Richland, WA, and is seeking information from potential suppliers for FY26-27. Responses are due June 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. EDT and the posting was published May 19, 2026.

Milling of Asphalt, Base Repairs, and Asphalt Wearing Course 9.5mm for 3,668 SF trench.

Childcare services. These services will consist of the referral of childcare slots to off base child care facilities to support the mission needs of PSFB.

The Department of the Army is consolidating four existing contracts (a BASOPS contract, scales inspection & maintenance, grease trap servicing, and elevator maintenance & repair) into a single Base Operations Support Services contract for Fort Stewart, GA. The consolidated action is estimated at approximately $286,566,010.20 and will include a 60-day phase-in, a 10-month base period, and four one-year option periods. This notice is posted as a Special Notice on SAM.gov and is set aside for Total Small Business.

The 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, WV, is requesting quotes for the repair of garage doors at multiple base buildings. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside with an estimated value between $25,000 and $100,000, and it will be evaluated based on price alone. A site visit is scheduled for May 20, 2026, with final proposals due by June 1, 2026.

Construction of an aggregate base with a hot-mix asphalt overlay for the Five Corners RR Crossing Project.

The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract to provide a centralized base-wide fire alarm control system and modify existing fire alarm panels in Springfield, IL. The project integrates with the Mass Notification Warning System and must meet current codes and DAFI requirements within a 180-day performance period. This 100% Small Business set-aside has an estimated construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for a single firm fixed-price contract to design and install a centralized base-wide fire alarm control system at the Springfield, IL ANG base. The project will integrate with the existing Mass Notification Warning System and must meet UFC and DAFI standards to ensure redundancy in case of system failure. This opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside with an estimated project value between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and a performance period of 180 days.

Provide proofload fixture and case. This effort is for the manufacture and delivery of quantity five (5) of the Proofload Fixture and Case, PN 3867AS2000-1. This procurement is in support of the F/A-18 E/F program. See attached file.

Provide artificial intelligence (AI) data center development.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan Engineer District issued a presolicitation for HVAC upgrades and addition of full building cooling capabilities for five buildings at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The project scope includes removal/replacement of HVAC and building systems, roof upgrades, structural reinforcement, construction of a central plant enclosure, mechanical rooms, and associated site and transformer work. The procurement will prequalify local Japanese sources and then issue an Invitation for Bid using FAR Part 14 sealed bidding to prequalified offerors.
