Description: The Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical Supply Chain, issued solicitation SPE2DS-26-T-222U for the procurement of a LABEL AND RIBBON PACK, 4" BY 4"; BASE LABEL (NSN 7690-01-466-1650), with each package containing 3,800 individual items manufactured by DIGI TRAX CORP (part number ISBT-44). Responses are due by July 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM UTC via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), with delivery required within 20 days of award on FOB destination terms to the USNS COMFORT (TAH-20) Military Treatment Facility at FPO AE 09566-4008.
