The U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive base maintenance services across multiple locations, including facilities repair, grounds maintenance, and snow removal. This federal procurement is currently in the presolicitation phase with an estimated budget range and various technical annexes provided for review. The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of US Army Garrison Picatinny, issued a Sources Sought seeking firms to provide Base Operations (BASOPS) mission support services at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, covering facilities maintenance, administrative support, and related services. This notice is a Request for Information/Sources Sought for planning purposes for a recompete of the existing BASOPS contract (W15QKN-22-D-5015) with anticipated NAICS 561210 and an 8(a) set-aside. Responses are requested by June 2, 2026, to assist the government in market research and acquisition planning.

The scope of MBSS includes all management personnel, equipment and services necessary to operate the facilities, and provide logistics and information technology support. Facilities requirements include but not limited to administration management and customer support, facility and infrastructure repair, demolition of real property/Real Property Installed equipment (PR/RPIE), maintenance and support, operations (physical plant operations), grounds maintenance, refuse collection and disposal architect/engineer services (planning, programming and design construction management) Logistics support includes central shipping and receiving, property control and accountability, vehicle control, pickup and delivery, warehouse storage and other logistics support for 15 th Space Surveillance Squadron (SPSS) and mission partners working on site.

Supply and/or delivery of 3000/3500 yards or equivalent tons of screened granite.

Requirement will provide a service to perform maintenance and repair on the current bases alarm system and CCTV system. This will include cleaning, scheduling, repairing, planning and/or replacement of base alarm, access control readers, workstations and various types of surveillance equipment to ensure Air Force requirements.

Recurring Base Operations Support Services

Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to: Diagnose fire pump and fire main supply line to building. Clean and flush the fire main supply line to building (if necessary. Acceptable methods include but not limited to: hydro-flushing, drain snake, chemical flushing, etc. Repair/replace Fire Pump. Repair/replace/reline fire main supply piping. See attached file.

For the acquisition of research and development (R&D) for five (5) years a

Road base repairs. Bid to be valid for the period July 1, 2026-December 31, 2026. Each area to be repaired to be milled to a minimum depth of 6", more if necessary. Stabilize base. Lay new asphalt in milled area using no more than 10% recycled HMA type A. Completed patch must align with existing asphalt with no more than 1/4" variance.

The Department of the Navy is soliciting firm-fixed-price repair services for communications bar base equipment requiring Government Source Inspection and DPAS rated-order certification. Contractors must verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding and include unit price, total price, and repair turnaround time in their quotations. Proposals are due by June 12, 2026, with all freight designated as FOB Origin.

The Texas Military Department is soliciting bids to create a blanket contract for the supply and delivery of Type A Grade 1-2 road base to multiple locations across Texas. The contract covers material and delivery only, is for one year with three one-year renewal options, and requires test reports and HUB subcontracting information. Respondents must comply with TMD terms and conditions and provide required insurance and forms attached in the solicitation.

Base operations support contracts for maintenance services.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ENDIST Japan) issued Solicitation W912HV26BA001 to provide whole-house interior and exterior modernization, renovation, and repair of thirty-four three-bedroom military family housing townhouse units at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The solicitation was published on SAM.gov and states all solicitation documents and attachments must be downloaded from the PIEE Solicitation Module; proposals are due July 17, 2026 (01:00 AM EDT). This is a construction procurement (NAICS 236220, PSC Y1FA) issued by the Department of the Army/USACE and is active (not a grant).

The US Geological Survey (USGS) issued a Sources Sought RFI requesting industry information for a possible Mission Operations Center (MOC) for the Landsat 10 mission, seeking architecture solutions, flight operations readiness approaches, and rough order-of-magnitude (ROM) costs for development and long-term sustainment. The RFI notes the revised L10 architecture (single observatory, targeted launch in late 2031) and asks for updated technical solutions and cost templates. Responses are due June 4, 2026; this is a procurement sources-sought notice, not a grant.

Landsat 10 Mission Operations Center & Ops. The Lower Snake River Compensation Plan (LSRCP) requires the acquisition of a Magic Valley Heli‑Arc Fishpump to support essential fish‑handling operations at Service facilities. The pump is needed to safely and efficiently move live fish during hatchery, transport, and resource‑management activities. The Heli‑Arc Fishpump is uniquely designed to minimize handling stress, scale loss, and mortality while maintaining high‑volume pumping capacity. This equipment directly supports mission‑critical fisheries programs, including brood stock collection, spawning operations, and fish distribution. Failure to obtain the appropriate pump would delay scheduled operations and risk harm to live fish, compromising program objectives and compliance requirements. See attached file.

Provide a blanket contract for type A 1-2 grade road aggregrate to be delivered statewide on an as-needed basis.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) issued RFQ 1232SA26Q0642 for replacement of the cooling tower base at the U.S. Horticultural Research Laboratory in Fort Pierce, FL. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 238190) and is being solicited as a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. Quotes are due Jun 19, 2026 at 10:00 am CDT.
