Description: The contractor shall perform base operations services. Non-Personal Services. The personnel rendering the services are not subject; either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. Non- personal service contracts are authorized by the Government IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 37.104, under general contracting authority, and do not require specific statutory authorization.
