The City of Reading, Pennsylvania is soliciting bids to procure and install approximately 600 linear feet of highway guide rail within the city, located in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The solicitation was issued on July 8, 2026, and bids are due by July 29, 2026. Work include new highway garage, salt shed, fuel station and site upgrades on a vacant lot.

Pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation on approx. 0.2 miles of roadway. Work includes mill and overlay, digouts, and resurfacing. Additional work includes minor concrete and edge improvements.

Construction of a new 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, new 300,000 gallon ground storage tank, new booster pump station, well pump and motor, fencing and other water plant improvements.

Work consists of constructing a roundabout and any other intersection improvements as needed at the intersection. The work also includes drainage improvements, signing and marking, roadway lighting, and other related work. Procurement Shared Services (PSS), on behalf of the Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) Department of Infrastructure (INF), is issuing a Request for Tenders for the maintenance of the Dempster Highway 8 between Km 0.0 and Km 142.6 in the Northwest Territories. The construction services procurement covers Fort McPherson, Inuvik, and Tsiigehtchic, with bids to be received prior to July 21, 2026 at 3:00 PM MDT. The Federal Highway Administration’s Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) issued a two-phase design-build presolicitation to renovate and modernize its WFLHD Main Office building in Vancouver, WA, addressing deferred maintenance, code compliance, and utility upgrades. The government estimates the project range at $25M–$35M and anticipates issuing the Phase I solicitation in Summer 2026 to short-list up to five teams. This notice is a construction procurement opportunity involving hazardous materials abatement and parking reconfiguration, and it is not a grant program.

The City of West Palm Beach is soliciting bids from experienced, qualified, responsible contractors to construct new utility infrastructure improvements along SR 710/Beeline Highway and Northlake Boulevard. The scope of work includes the complete and proper replacement of watermain and force main along the project corridor as shown in the construction drawings and described in the technical specifications for the project. Solicitation documents are available electronically through the City's third-party website DemandStar, and bids will be publicly opened at the City Hall Procurement Conference Room in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The State of Texas (Agency 304) is soliciting procurement for road and highway equipment focused on asphalt and concrete handling and processing equipment to support statewide highway projects. The solicitation includes multiple attachments (Part A, Part B, Attachments A–E, and several equipment-specific attachments) and a mandatory price sheet for vendor submissions. Responses are due August 6, 2026 and the notice was posted on July 10, 2026 on the Texas SmartBuy ESBD portal.

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is issuing RFT T26-120 for the supply and haul of approximately 20,000 tonnes of bulk coarse highway salt, delivered to various Public Works Operations Divisions across the municipality for winter road maintenance. The contract has an initial term of two years with an optional one-year extension. Pricing adjustments in renewal years will be tied to the Houston-area CPI-W as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Procurement for milling and overlaying approximately 3.899 miles of Highway 1 in Poinsett County, including asphalt surface course, cold milling, patching, traffic maintenance, rumble strips, and pavement marking.

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting bids for the maintenance and repair of highway street lighting at various locations within Howard County, Maryland. The MDOT SHA is the state-level agency responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of highway street-lighting systems on state-maintained roadways. The solicitation was posted on June 23, 2026 with bids due by July 23, 2026, and the original posting appears on Marylands official eMMA procurement portal.

Work consists of milling and replacing asphalt concrete pavement, guardrail installation, drainage, and other miscellaneous work.
