The State of Hawaii requests proposals for administrative support for an aina-based Art in Public Places museum art education program serving grades 2–6 at Capitol Modern and the Hawaii State Art Museum. The contractor will manage program development, field trip coordination, and professional development for teaching artists while ensuring alignment with National Core Arts Standards. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Hawaii eProcurement System (HIePRO) and will be evaluated based on management qualifications, technical approach, and budget.

Physical education supplies.

Work includes construction of a new 10,600 GSF single- story building. The building includes a library, educational classrooms, meeting spaces, administrative spaces, demonstration kitchen, and support spaces. Special Education Services.

The Department of Defense is seeking information from higher education institutions to establish formal agreements for dual or concurrent enrollment opportunities for students in its global school system. The program aims to align academic frameworks and credit transferability for approximately 66,000 students across 161 accredited schools on military installations worldwide. Eligible institutions must maintain an active Program Participation Agreement under the Higher Education Act and demonstrate experience serving military-connected communities.

Provide various special education contracted services.

Seeking vendors who can provide Special Education Professional Services on an as needed basis District wide.

Conduct a comprehensive special education audit. The Department provides districtwide oversight, guidance, and support related to special education instruction, related services, compliance monitoring, fiscal management, and service delivery. Conduct a comprehensive, independent audit of the Special Education department to assess current practices, systems, and outcomes. The audit is intended to provide an objective, evidence-based evaluation of instructional practices, compliance, operational effectiveness, fiscal controls, service delivery, to identify strengths, gaps, risks, and deliver actionable recommendations along with an implementation roadmap for improvement across the department. The initial contract duration shall be for one year from the final execution date of both parties. The contract may contain up to four (4) 1-year extension options.

This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide religious education coordination services as the Catholic Coordinator of Education at the MCAS Beaufort Chapel in Beaufort, South Carolina. The requirement is for one non-personal services position to plan, organize, and implement Catholic educational programs for the installation community; it is set aside for Small Business under NAICS 813110. A non-personal services requirement for a Catholic Coordinator of Education. This service will provide religious education coordination to the Catholic community at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Chapel, Beaufort, South Carolina. There will be only one position under this requirement.

The Brownsville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting proposals for district-wide special education services including speech-language pathologists, diagnosticians, and various specialized teachers. Services will be provided on an hourly basis under multiple line items with specific qualification and certification requirements for vendors.
