Winslow Township School District

Special education teacher services for the 2025-2026 school year. The Special Education Teachers will be responsible for providing a full range of services within the contracted hours, including but not limited to: Providing instruction in accordance with each student’s individualized educational program. Developing lesson plans and instructional materials to provide for individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of each student. Setting specific objectives, wherever possible, in lesson preparation and weekly lesson plans and carrying through presentation to effectively achieve these objectives. Maintaining records of student's educational progress in class record books and/or board approved forms and summarizing these marks for reporting purposes. Attending and actively participating in IEP, planning, eligibility, and progress meetings as required. Consulting and collaborating with instructional staff, related service providers, parents, and Child Study team members to support student progress and program development. Writing and updating IEP goals, objectives, and present levels of academic and functional performance.
