Provide food service program with a fixed price contract for the 2026-2027 school year.

Operate the following food services: national school lunch program (nslp), school breakfast program (sbp), seamless summer option (sso).

Food service equipment.

Brooks County School Nutrition is soliciting line-by-line food distribution bids to supply a variety of food products for the 2026-2027 school year, requiring USDA compliance and Smart Snack criteria. The solicitation lists specific grocery and frozen items, CN labeling and nutritional documentation requirements, and performance during the 2026-2027 school year at Brooks County School District, Georgia. Bidders must provide required certifications and comply with Buy American/USDA guidelines; documents are posted on the buyer's site.

Food pantry items. Supply the Parkway Food Pantry, food items and non-food items to be ordered throughout the term of the contract under a blanket purchase order agreement. Items include shelf-stable foods, refrigerated and frozen foods, fresh produce, beverages, household supplies, personal hygiene products, and other pantry-related items as needed by the District. Vendors may submit bids for any portion of the requested items.

Requesting proposals to establish qualified vendors that offer Food Catering Services along with providing exceptional service and competitive pricing for the District. The food catering services can be but not limited to, Platters and Trays, Boxed Lunches, Deli sandwiches, Pizzas, Desserts, Bakery Delicacies (Donuts, Danish, Bagels and Muffins w/condiments), Food Trucks, Food Snacks and Beverages.

Fixed price contract for providing food service management services.

The City of Madison is soliciting proposals to establish and manage food scraps drop-off locations at four neighborhood farmers' markets, including hauling and partnering with a local composting operation. The contract covers three consecutive farmers' market seasons beginning in 2027 with an option to extend for two additional years. Bidders must meet affirmative action and insurance requirements and comply with state solid waste hauling regulations.

Spokane Public Schools issued an Invitation for Bid for assorted non-food consumable items to be delivered to the District’s Central Warehouse, with line-by-line awards allowed. The solicitation requires compliance with standard procurement regulations (equal employment opportunity, debarment, anti-lobbying) and includes a list of typical items (plastic bags, paper products, foil, gloves, pan liners, napkins, utensils). Bidding is open through the buyer’s posting on PublicPurchase and includes buyer contact information for procurement questions.

The Government anticipates awarding a no-cost contract, with the contractor eligible to earn an award incentive fee based on the Government’s assessment of the following: Food quality and safety, Menu variety, nutrition and availability; Customer service and engagement; Operational reliability and compliance; Facility stewardship and maintenance; Collaboration, transparency and responsiveness.
