The FSMC must ensure USDA compliance, provide 21-day cycle menus, accommodate medically necessary special diets, maintain meal-count and reimbursement records, and handle procurement to meet bid meal pricing. The contract period begins July 1, 2026 and ends June 30, 2027 with up to four one-year renewal options.

Greenville County, South Carolina is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified food distributors/suppliers to provide food products and associated non-food supplies to the Greenville County Detention Center. The Architect of the Capitol is soliciting proposals under Solicitation AOCSSB26R0009 for food and related services to operate cafes, catering, and vending in the Dirksen and Hart Senate Office Buildings.
