Preparedness Section (PRE20)
The contractor shall acknowledge receipt of call orders to the contracting officer or designee via email within one (1) business day of receipt. In some circumstances, the contractor shall be prepared to provide services and meet deliverables in an expedited manner, which may include extended hours as set forth in call orders. The contractor shall perform the following tasks as set forth in call orders. Task 1: Program Management Support: The contractor shall provide necessary program management services and support to manage the tasks awarded under the steady-state call order, and to scope the requirements of future task orders for requirements as outlined in the Tasks below. Contractor responsibilities include providing effective and efficient project and program management for the delivery of CID’s mission requirements, including preparatory actions in advance of disaster-funded task orders, maintaining a roster of deployable personnel, administrative and logistical support, and evaluation of task order delivery effectiveness. Contractor responsibilities may include: In coordination the COR, plan and conduct routine meetings to review progress and status of overall contract activities. Each review shall provide insight into expenditures, staffing, progress, and risks to include project briefings addressing cost/price, schedule, performance, and status of each key element of the PWS, noting any problems or risks and alternative and recommended solutions.
