CAA ICON, acting as development manager for the City of Calgary, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP FFE08) for the supply and delivery of smallwares for the new Calgary Event Centre (Scotia Place) opening in fall 2027. The scope covers Front of House kitchen equipment, Back of House kitchen equipment, and barware/glassware and miscellaneous smallwares for beverage service operations. The University of South Carolina - Sumter is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide event rental equipment and services for the USC Office of Special Events. The awarded contractor will be responsible for the transportation, setup, and dismantling of staging, decor, and furniture for significant university events. The contract has an initial one-year term with two additional one-year renewal options, and bids must be submitted through the university's online procurement portal.

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, on behalf of the Office of Data Privacy, has issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) KK26-20-2 to secure venue hosting, catering, and lodging services for the State-Endorsed Digital Identity (SEDI) Summit, expected to host 350-400 attendees. Bidders must be full-service hospitality and conference venues located in Park City, Utah, capable of hosting a minimum of 350 concurrent general-session attendees and managing a lodging block of 150 rooms, with at least three years of experience hosting large-scale corporate or government policy conferences. Augusta County Service Authority (dba Augusta Water) is soliciting quotes for a one-day Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Event to be managed at the Augusta Regional Landfill and serving residents of Augusta County, Staunton, and Waynesboro. Contractors must provide staffing, safety oversight, waste containers, transport, and proper disposal services for the event scheduled for September 12, 2026, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM at the Waynesboro City Shop (900 Essex Ave, Waynesboro, VA). The City of New Haven is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for an Event Manager to administer and coordinate events at The Boathouse at Canal Dock under the direction of the Department of Arts, Culture and Tourism and the Economic Development Administration. The Event Manager will act as an independent contractor (individual or event management company) responsible for event administration, logistics coordination, and record-keeping; selection will be based on professional competence and experience and cost will not be evaluated at this stage. The posting was released July 8, 2026 with a response deadline of July 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

Mansfield ISD (RFP 27-005) is soliciting proposals for event rentals and services — including photo booths, DJs, inflatables and similar event-related rentals — to be awarded to multiple vendors on an as-needed basis. The district will accept proposals on an ongoing/incremental award basis during the solicitation period and reserves the right to negotiate terms and pricing with vendors prior to award. Proposers are required to indicate a primary discount and are encouraged to include catalogs/price lists with their submissions; the bid invitation and attachments require login through the district procurement portal.

Construction of Event Center.

The City of New Rochelle is seeking a qualified event design and planning firm to develop and execute the Winter Wonderland Indoor Holiday Market at New Roc City (29 LeCount Place) in New Rochelle, NY. The selected consultant will deliver both a visually engaging marketplace and a comprehensive guest experience strategy covering design, operations, and programming. Site walkthrough is scheduled for July 22, 2026, with questions due by July 24, 2026 and answers posted by July 29, 2026.

The City of Riverside is soliciting a qualified firm to provide professional services for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure planning, design, permitting, procurement support, construction-phase administration, commissioning, and project closeout across multiple municipal sites. The work includes site assessments and feasibility studies, full stamped construction documents, permitting and utility coordination, procurement assistance and bid-evaluation support, and on-site construction-administration and commissioning; the selected firm will serve as the design professional and construction-management advisor and will not perform the construction work. The contract is initially three years with optional extensions, the buyer provides an estimated professional-services fee range of roughly $500,000–$1,500,000, and proposals are due 2026-08-03 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Provide event management, booking coordination, marketing, and client communication services for the elberta life saving station, a historic water front venue. The scope includes marketing and promotion, managing the booking calendar, coordinating contracts with the village clerk, maintaining communication with renters, and providing pre-event support. The village will continue to maintain the building and grounds and handle payments and contract storage.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a user-friendly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based Integrated Case Management System (CMS) to support the OIG's investigations, complaints intake, and case tracking workflows for fiscal years FY27, FY28, and FY29. The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive case management solution replacing or supplementing the OIG's existing LaborSoft-based system.
