This will ensure that the exterior brick will not be compromised/damaged due to the proposed cleaning as required by SHPO. A masonry contractor will repair the mortar cracks that are exposed and deemed unstable/harmful to the brick integrity Lower roof replacement First floor window replacements, metal basement door replacement, trim door and front fa ade with panels and new metal awnings on front and side entrances, trim & side 2 windows Demo and install metal roof where old awning was in front Install a fire door ADA bathroom in dance studio including: toilet, door, wall materials, vanity, flooring, trim and railings Repair chimney structure and repoint all brick on building utilizing the same Non-Abrasive cleaning method referenced above.
