Work include includes site preparation, foundation installation, utility installation and connections, reassembly of relocated buildings, decks and railings, construction of new decks, porches, stairs and railings where indicated, new interior framing and finishes, new roofing construction where indicated, new window and door installation where indicated, repairs to the building exterior including air / water barrier, shingles and roofing. The work will also include all site clearing, structural fill, paving, gravel driveways / parking areas, hard scape, loam and seed and plantings as indicated and construction of a new garage building.
