The Town Administrator of the Town of Scituate, on behalf of the Widows Walk Golf Course, is soliciting responses for the lease of its restaurant and bar concession. The leased space includes 2,720 square feet with a kitchen, bar, restrooms, dining room, office area, patio space, and an outside dining area for approximately 37 patrons. Proposals must be submitted to the Town Administrator’s Office at 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate, Massachusetts, and the solicitation is an open-market procurement rather than a grant program.
