The work generally consists of demolition and replacement of existing deteriorated concrete pedestrian pathways within park, including associated site improvements to restore safe and compliant pedestrian access around the pond. Work includes clearing and grubbing, selective tree removal, concrete and asphalt demolition, construction of new concrete walkways, installation of class ii riprap with geotextile fabric for bank stabilization, erosion and sediment control measures, traffic and pedestrian control, protection and reinstallation of existing park amenities, restoration of disturbed areas, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
