The Bond Executive Team provided recommendations on reducing the project scope to achieve cost savings, and financial estimates were presented including escalation, soft costs, and contingencies.

The Single School Plan for Student Achievement outlines actions to improve the academic performance of all students at Glorietta Elementary School. This plan, spanning 2023-2024, focuses on key strategic priorities including enhancing Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science instruction through data analysis, curriculum alignment, and differentiated learning. Additionally, it addresses school safety within the physical environment and strengthens social-emotional learning supports to foster an inclusive and diverse school climate. The overall objective is to cultivate lifelong learners and engaged, productive citizens by supporting each child's educational journey through collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.
