The applicant requested to rezone 10.35 acres from Residential General to Forest Agriculture for the purpose of establishing a timbering farm. Following a report from staff, an overview provided by the applicant's attorney, and a public hearing session where one member of the public expressed opposition, the Commission voted to approve the rezoning request.
