Proposers will design and outline all facets of their proposed program, including process for developing exams, scheduled meetings with the Oklahoma City Police Department to discuss the planning of the promotional processes and set timeframes, agreement on grading measures and weights, formulation of scenarios and other assessment tools, number of assessors being contracted, agencies being represented by such assessors, demographics of assessors, locations for examinations and assessment centers, and itemized costs of the promotional process as a whole.
