The project consists of a new ground up two story building approx. 135,534 sf on the same site as the existing middle school. This new building will be built within the existing open field space on the same property. Abatement and demolition of a single-story building will take place after the new building is built and occupied. The sitework consists of all new stormwater drainage, new utilities, new parking lots, new vehicular paths, new landscaping, new athletic fields and offsite improvements. The work will be phased and will be ongoing while the existing facility is in operation.
