Power equipment and distribution upgrades. Process equipment and facility upgrades. Power backup is required during gear installation concurrent with headworks process equipment installation, requiring bypass operations. Plant upgrades will be scheduled to align with Contractor procurement and confirmed upgrade equipment deliveries. Field execution of necessary plant by-passing is anticipated to be concurrent with major power gear upgrades requiring backup power. Bid Alternate No. 01 includes: Post-shutdown rehabilitation of the existing site power transformer. Remove existing transformer from duty as scheduled and required under base scope, in lieu of delivering to plant staff, arrange, ship, and have it refurbished for spare use by the WWTP. Include shipping to and return from the restoration facility. Name restoration facility and location as part of this add/alternate offering.

Procurement guidance and navigation tips.
Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: If sale is less than $15,000, use sole source. Deprioritize otherwise; pivot to coops.
Coops: Lead with NEW BOCES, Sourcewell, or OMNIA; confirm eligibility with procurement and piggyback.
City of Sheridan: No evidence of sole source awards in public records. Deprioritize this path and pivot to cooperative purchasing, the city’s primary flexibility mechanism.

The annual meeting included a review of the previous year's operations, highlighting the organization's effective management by the Executive Director. There was a discussion about a manageable budget shortage due to rising venue costs for annual workshops. The operations report indicated an increase in web tickets and a slight decrease in damages compared to the previous year. Adjustments were discussed to mitigate budget losses at future workshops, with a focus on cost-effective local radio and internet advertising. The implementation of the one-call software (OCA) platform, including the use of multiple polygons on one ticket, was detailed. The meeting also touched on the HB110 legislation, with the board and membership closely monitoring its progress.
