This vision outlines the creation of a 9,000 sq ft multi-sport training facility designed to help youth athletes thrive. The facility will feature a Multi-Sport Turf Training Area for speed and agility, a Hockey Training Zone with shooting lanes, a Batting Cage Area for baseball and softball, a full Strength Training Area, and a Film & Strategy Room. Additionally, it will offer specialized classes in speed, agility, plyometrics, and power, and serve as a resource for teams, coaches, camps, and clinics. The overall goal is to build athlete confidence, foster community connection, and support families.

The strategic framework for the City of Sheridan aims to maintain its historical Western lifestyle and values while fostering socio-economic diversity, striving to be the community of choice for all. Its mission is to enhance the quality of life by focusing on public safety, exceptional service, livability, and infrastructure, all while upholding accountability and professionalism. The plan is structured around key pillars: thoughtful and vibrant development, a beautiful and protected environment, sustainable and resilient infrastructure, a safe and livable community, Western cultural values, and excellent governance and services.

The annual meeting included a review of the previous year's operations, highlighting the organization's effective management by the Executive Director. The operations report indicated an increase in web tickets and a slight decrease in damages compared to the previous year. Adjustments were discussed to mitigate budget losses at future workshops, with a focus on cost-effective local radio and internet advertising. The implementation of the one-call software (OCA) platform, including the use of multiple polygons on one ticket, was detailed. The meeting also touched on the HB110 legislation, with the board and membership closely monitoring its progress.
