Replacement of approx. 3,770 LF of sewer mainline replacement, over three separate project areas (the Belt Route between Mctee Street and Railroad Avenue, alleyways between Lowell Avenue and Clark Street, and a separate Clark Street replacement area). There is approx. 345 LF of waterline replacement between Powell Street and 11th Street. Both sewer and waterline replacement areas include service line replacements from the mainline to the property lines of the residents in service along the replacement alignment. The work includes all appurtenances associated with the replacement of the mainlines. The project will include various hard surface repairs (asphalt, curb and gutter, sidewalk, gravel roadway repair, and curb wall replacement).
